Itinerary for Monday
pickup from the Charlottetown airport
Drop off bags in rooms, gather in Big Cottage for Supper
Bit of time to settle in/unpack
8:30pm Gather for opening Circle—bring special items for alter building ritual
Get into comfies for Yoga Nidra!!
9:30pm Gather in Big cottage for Yoga Nidra
(restful practice where you tuck yourself in like you are going to bed!!)
Quiet time/Bed time
7am optional sunrise gathering on the beach
Self serve breakfast and free time
10am yoga
12ish Lunch, followed by grocery store road trip
Gather in big cottage (or outside!) for a little info meeting
Free time
Supper 7:30pm

Option for early sunrise gathering at the beach
Self serve breakfast (or pack something to eat later while we drive)
Leave for day by 7:45am ****packed to be gone for the day—yoga, road trip, 2 hour walk, spa
8am yoga (1/2 hr practice)
8:45am Drive to Greenwich
10am-12pm Greenwich walk (rain or shine!)
12-1pm picnic lunch (provided-will be eating outside weather dependent)
1-4 or 5pm (if we are loving it!) Mysa Nordic Spa
Home by 6-7pm
Supper Traditional PEI meal catered by a local Islander!
Open evening
7am optional sunrise gathering
Self serve breakfast and Free time
9:15am leave to drive to hall for Yoga
9:30-10:30am yoga
11am Optional trip to Kensington for anyone who needs a grocery store
Lunch and Free afternoon

dinner and evening gathering, hopefully singing and laughing around a fire!

7am morning practice
Breakfast and get prepare for nature hike (rain or shine, uneven ground in a forest)
8:30am Meet to get on the road
9:30-11:30am Nature hike with Kate McQuarrie at Strathgartney
1pm Lunch
Free afternoon
6pm Supper
7:45pm meet to head to yoga
8pm-9:30pm candle lit yoga (slow indulgent yoga with live Music!!)
Last night together—gather or take it solo
